Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time varies depending on your location and is typically 1–5 business days (express) or 2–6 business days (standard).

Shipping within the EU is free for orders over €100. Different conditions may apply for international orders.

No customs duties apply within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination country.

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days. Please return the goods to our return address. Further details can be found in our withdrawal policy.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, but no later than after the returned goods have been received.

Our products stand for high quality, intense pigmentation and carefully developed formulas with a strong focus on performance and design.

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards animal testing. Our products are vegan and formulated without animal-derived ingredients. In addition, we consciously avoid certain ingredients such as talc.
